acessing account MyiD

I have been trying to access my account but it does not accept my email or password. When I go to forgotten password and email it then tells me my phone number surname and date of birth is incorrect 

This is driving me crazy and has been the only complaint I have had WITH ID 

are you able to help

It’s possible one of these were entered incorrectly when you made the purchase.

That might have been a possibility the young man was in too much of a hurry
