I have registered my son's phone against the mobile app. Recently I purchased a data only plan for my tablet but I can't see a way to add that to the app!
a) Is it possible
b) If so how do I do that

Unfortunately, you can not port an existing iD mobile number to a new iD sim as we do not support internal migrations. If you are wanting to keep the same number, we would advise canceling the new sim and taking out an upgrade deal on your existing iD sim plan.Â
We understand you have previously set up an account with your email address, unfortunately, you can not set up the new account with the existing email address. You will need to use a new email address for the new iD account.
