Adult Content Filtering

I have just bought two sims for my children and they have installed the app to keep track of their allowances (I pay and control the accounts). The problem is that the Adult Content Filtering switch is accessible from within the app! Is there any way to lock this?

Adult Content Filtering is accessible from the iD account/app interface.
It's not possible to lock this feature to prevent this from being turned on.

It's definitely something that I think is worth feeding back so I will pass this on to the team that deal with the app.

After turning off my adult content feature I still can't view any adult content ?

Hello @Darrenjalley,

Try turning off the handset for 10 minutes then restarting.

This will help reset you on the network and pick up any changes from the network end.
