Adult Restrictions

I have tried to remove the adult restrictions by selecting settings, but when I do there is no toggle for adult content.

All I have is Voicemail, Roaming, International and Premium

anyone have any suggestions and please please do not say go to Account, select My Services and slide the toggle...I have logged into my account on 4 different platform and tried that its NOT THERE! 

 

I can't get through to anyone on the phone in order to make a payment, Id mobile knows my age.. I am 29. The phone options just sends me back to the website, under every option! If this doesn't get lifted asap I'm leaving id mobile.

By default it’s always turned on.

iD Mobile knowing the account holders age won’t turn this off, since many parents purchase SIMS for their kids also.

Nope. Absolutely nothing has been done to help me with my account even after I have sent them my details to supposedly sort out the issue. Thanks for nothing ID!! I will continue to risk watching porn on my university Wifi, I could lose my place at university because of this
