App and Website servers not working

I’ve just recently transferred my number from Vodafone to ID and my WiFi and data work perfectly fine on everything else except the app and the ID website. I can access the website but whenever I try to create an account it just times out. When I open the app it just says to check my network settings.

I have removed your second post due to the language used; there is no need to post something like that on this Community.

Our teams are continuing to get our mobile and self-service applications up and running. Unfortunately, there are still some unexpected issues after the recent infrastructure upgrades.
