Can't login to account

I can’t get into my account, I’ve taken the sim out of my old Motorola Xoom pad and put it in an iPhone but it’s not working and I cannot remember any details, please help.

If you are unable to login to your online account/app, due to being unable to remember your details, you should be able to reset your password to help you gain access.
