Can't register 2nd phone as iD doesn't recognise it

Hi. I’m trying to register a second iD phone which I pay for with iD, but iD doesn’t recognise it. The phone has actually been recently lost and I need a replacement SIM, and to find out when the contract ends. Please help. Thanks.
