I have moved to a new address and need to inform iD Team. How?

Best to get in-touch using the online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat for immediate assistance with your issue.

The customer service team work until 8pm on weekdays - out-of-hours support is by a chat-bot only.

You can also leave them a private message on social media on facebook or Twitter. 

Any out-of-hours private messages left on social media are picked-up when the team next start work - anyway, good luck.

 

It won’t allow me to log in on the app, I’ve tried to reset my password but it kicks me out. I need to change my address so I can upgrade. What do I do??!!

Have you ever registered your iD Mobile account in the past?

If not you should be able to do so here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Once registered and logged in you can make any updates there.
