Have you ever registered your iD Mobile account in the past?
If not you should be able to do so here:Â https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount
Once registered and logged in you can make any updates there.
It won’t allow me to log in on the app, I’ve tried to reset my password but it kicks me out. I need to change my address so I can upgrade. What do I do??!!

The customer service team work until 8pm on weekdays - out-of-hours support is by a chat-bot only.
You can also leave them a private message on social media on facebook or Twitter.Â
