The app was down and therefore I could not use it I was not aware or advised it was down. I should be compensated for this as I was not getting the full service I have subscribed for

Hi @Grenville,

What are you looking to be compensated for as a result of not having access to the app? 

In regards to the issue, what problem did you see with the app so we can look into this? Did you try to log into your account through our website instead?
