Customer Services PIN

You ask me for a pin made up from last 2 digits of phone number and last 2 digits of bank acctt used to pay the bill. My mobile phone is paid for by my company and in their name. They will not release last 2 digits of their ban account number. What can you do to help me please?

If you have access to our app or website, my.idmobile.co.uk, you can find out the Customer Services PIN there once you are logged in.
You can also find answers and make changes there for yourself.
