On and off over the last two months I’ve been trying to contact ID mobile as I still ahvent received my new SIM card but getting billed. Can’t use the app without a mobile number, can’t use the chat function as no one ever seems there and the same with the phone! Provision of an email address as a last resort would be great. Anyone have any ideas? Guess I’ll keep trying ....?
