help – need a security number sent by email to register not text

I use my Sim card in a mobile Wi-Fi device not in a phone so I need the security number to register sent by email and it is only sending it by text at the moment which I can't pick up

Hello @GordonL,

It’ snot possible to send the code via email.

If you pop the SIM into a phone, you can request the code and once you have it, enter it to register then continue using it in the MiFi device as normal.
