How do I find my pin?

When I am asked for my pin, the last two numbers of my bank account and the last two numbers of my phone number, I am told it is not recognised. I transferred my phone number from my previous phone and can only think iD wants the 2 numbers from the number supplied when I purchased my sim; which I no longer have. How do I get around this problem when I can't get to speak to anyone and the chat line operatives are always busy?

Hi macgrumpy, if you register for our app or at my.idmobile.co.uk you'll be able to see the PIN that has been assigned to your account.
