Hi i purchased a contract for my other half as her phone had broken and she needed a new one however we never needed the data, we never used the sim card and she has since thrown it away.
I cant log in as i dont know the number never have how can i access the account to change the DD Date?

Apologies for the missadvice above, the Direct Debit date can only be changed in the app/account not by speaking to anyone via customer services.
The only way around this is we can get a replacement SIM sent out if you’d like and you can activate it then use that to get access to the app/account to then change the date?
