How to find mobile number to log into account

Hi i purchased a contract for my other half as her phone had broken and she needed a new one however we never needed the data, we never used the sim card and she has since thrown it away.

I cant log in as i dont know the number  never have how can i access the account to change the DD Date?

We are sorry to hear this. If you are wanting to change the Direct Debit date, you can speak to our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team and they will be able to assist you with this. you’ll only be able to do this in the app/account.

Hello @sam1villa,

Apologies for the missadvice above, the Direct Debit date can only be changed in the app/account not by speaking to anyone via customer services.

The only way around this is we can get a replacement SIM sent out if you’d like and you can activate it then use that to get access to the app/account to then change the date?

I’ve corrected the above.
