i already have my phone and sim, but i cant log in it tells me my email is wrong; which it is not, then i try resetting my password and then it tells me my details wrong again , what can i do.

Have you first registered for an iD account before trying to log-in?
The topic title suggests issues registering but the post you’ve made suggest issues logging in.

Just to confirm
The username is usually the email address (unless you joined us back in 2017 or earlier where you may have setup a text username).
Account holder’s last name = the last name of the person who purchased the contract. Not the one who will be using it.
The same applies for Date of birth
iD Mobile number refers to the one currently active on the SIM, not one you are hoping to transfer.
