I have 3 current contracts with ID mobile, do I need 3 separate accounts?

I currently have 3 contract phones with ID mobile, do I need to set up 3 separate accounts and if so do i need 3 different email addresses or can they all be registered to one email?

Hey @Keith Gardiner,

Each account will need it’s own iD Selfcare account.

You can only use one email username for log-in purposes per account.

However, several accounts can all share the same contact email.

 

e.g. email1@email.com email2@email.com email3@email.com for log-ins.

But all emails can have the contact email set to emil1@email.com for contact purposes.
