haven't activated aim yet so don't have the number to register account as lost the letter with SIMcard in

Apologies for the delayed response.

Did you still need assistance with this?

SIM cards are activated on dispatch. Registering an account on our website for My iD will require the SIM to be in a phone as we send a text to confirm this.
