I want register but i cant is writing this:Please check your personal details again. At least one is incorrect. For your protection, we can't specify which field needs to be changed

It seems like this is a recurring issue with ID Mobile. I've had many of the above issues and still cant register despite receiving an email saying I  successfully have.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble registering.

 

Is this your first iD Mobile account with us?

 

Most customers have registered with their current active email.

If you have had an email confirming you’ve registered, try clicking “Forgotten your password” then follow the steps.

If you don’t know your username or don’t think it’s your email, then you’ll need to first do the “Forgotten your username”
