ID App not working for me

my ID app stopped working on my old phone , it would not let me log with my pin, when I eventually managed to get on it said it was already set to pin? so I assumed the app needed an update. I now have a new phone after my upgrade and the app is not working for me still !! it either won't let me on or it is blank saying error when I do get on. Please can somebody help me ?? Ps)  my phone is samsung A51

Hi @Rachel21,

 

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. have you tried deleting the App from both handsets and just reinstalling it on the new one again?

 

Also, Have you changed number at all whilst changing phones, or are you still on the same iD Mobile phone number?
