Id mobile timeline

Is the ID timeline currently working OK on the app or website for all users? I have logged into my account a few times in the last week, but the last update is showing as 22nd July? I am on PAYG so there is no way to check my balance if this is not updated? The balance showing is incorrect also.

Edit: We moved this topic to App and My Account for clarity and relevance.
A screenshot doesn't help - unless you want me to provide a screenshot showing nothing? I don't have any plans or bolt ons or anything, I'm just straight PAYG mobile. But the last update was 22nd July, and nothing that I've done since then (texts, data use, calls) are showing in the timeline, and the balance of my account is also be out of date (as this hasn't changed for over a week either)
