log in impossible

my phone number is correct  my last name is correct, still wont let me log in keeps saying incorrect

Is this the first time you are trying to login your account?

If not have you tried to reset your details, ie password:

I am also having troubles logging in. I inputted the details correctly (I.E. password and email) but it says it's incorrect. I tried the I forgot my password and then it says my details aren't correct. 

 

Please answer soon because my bank card expires soon. I wanted to change my details to the new one

Hello @Mei,

The details you’ll enter are those of the account holder.

So this would be the account holder’s last name, the account holder’s date of birth and the iD number active on the SIM.

The account holder is the one who purchased the contract, not the one who will be using it.

Can you double check to make sure those details are correct?
