Logging in - Struggling to reset password

You must be as fed up with me as I am of you. I have had heavens knows how many passwords that don’t work. When I try to get a new password you don’t recognise my e mail address which I have had at least 20 years. Phoning you is a waste of time. Please contact me so I can log in

Hi none of the above has helped me - I have spent hours trying to log in says either my user name email address or password not accepted? I change my password still no joy I try either of my names still no joy - HELP HELP HELP

We are sorry to hear this. Are you trying to log in through the iD App on your phone or through the iD Account on a web browser? If you are trying to log in through the App, please can you delete the App and install again, once done please try logging in again. Let us know how you get on.
