My dad has lost his phone - can’t login to a/C and also no live chat

How do we cancel and reorder a SIM?

We are sorry to hear about that! You can report the phone as lost by calling 0333 003 7777 from another phone and choosing option 5.

Is the account in your name or in his? If it is in his name, please ask him to reply to this thread and we’ll get him a new SIM card out. If it’s in your name, we can send you a PM to help further once confirmed.
