I have received my idmobile sim but noticed my name has been spelt incorrectly, how do i get this changed?

Its pointless chatting they tell you to send documentaion proof another email address, stupid thing is they never ask for doumenation when signing up

You’d only be requested to send documents when we need this.

This can be if your request is for a bereavement, power of attorney for example, or if we have reasonable doubt to believe you are not the account holder of the account you are trying to access.
