Question

NaN minutes??

I have recently changed my plan online.  When I checked today, it says unlined text, 12g of data and NaN minutes.  The minutes were unlimited when I changed the plan.

Anyone know what NaN minutes means??

Hello @Debbie p,

NaN is displayed when there is a problem showing account data in the iD online portal/website.

I’ve had occasions where I’ve also seen NaN shown when looking at my account - it’s a JavaScript acronym for Not-A-Number.

I hope that helps - good luck!

Hi @Debbie p,

@andewhite is correct in what they are saying there. When did you change your plan, was it in the last 24-hours?
