I would like someone to contact me please about arrears on my account.
I took out a sim card only for my son when he was at university about 2 years ago. But he never, ever used the sim card.
Never the less payments have continued to come out of my account every month except for last month.
I can't accept calls or messages via the phone number on the account because as I said it's never been used but I do need to speak to someone to resolve the issue.
I can't speak to someone in the call centres because they are closed due to Covid & I can't do it via my iD phone number because, as I've said, it's not in use.
Could someone from iD please contact me via my email. I would appreciate that very much as during this Covid period I'm struggling to think of how else I can contact you.
