not receiving security codes when trying to register

I am due an upgrade but trying to do it online for the first time, when I try to register to the app or website I enter my phone number, year of birth and last name with no issues but then when I request a security code nothing comes through. I have tried many times on both the app and website with no luck. Is there any fix?

We’re aware of this as there’s an issue with the codes going out.

We’re working on a fix and don’t worry, it’s not just you!

We hope this is resolved soon!

...and month later it still doesn’t work. Any idea when you will resolve this problem?

Hi @daaaaniel,

This is has been resolved. Have you tried restarting the handset or removing the SIM for a few minutes then requesting it again?
