I have a contract number with iD, lets call it 075. I have a SIM in another network, let's call it 079. I need the 079 number to be on the iD contract and the 075 to be moved to a different provider.

How to do it in order to not lose the 075 number or the contract in the process?

Hi there @Mikey G

That’s a tough spot there.

If you bring a number over to us from another network, it will take over the existing number you have and then that would be lost.

Though you could move your iD Mobile number over to another network though.

Then set up a new SIM-only or 24-month contract and move your other number over to that new account you set up.

If your existing iD Mobile number you have with us is in a 24-month contract though, then moving that number away from us would end that contract early and you’d be met with a termination charge should some time be left till that contract ends.

Why iD Mobile?
