I switch to ID one week ago, PAC provided etc… Still my old number hasn’tbeen transfered. I have raised the issue in 4 occasions through the Live chat (lots of time waiting) and I was assure that it would be fix by yesterday, but didn’t happen.AGAIN
I also posted a question yesterday in the community but no answer received.
When I log into my account states that the number should have been transfered by the 15/12/2020.
As I explained in the live chat, I can not acces my bank and otrher services as they are link to my old number. At times of extreme vulneravility, I believe ID is leaving people in a very difficult situation.
What can you do to resolve this?
