Sincere apologies for not catching this one sooner
You would need to separately register your new account (the one from November) on our website, here:Â https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount
That would need it’s own unique email address/ username for that too.
Once registered, you’ll be able to log in to your new account and provide us with the PAC (code) and the number you wish to bring from Tesco.
Providing the PAC from Tesco is valid, the number port should then only take 1-2 working days at most.
