Port issue

hi, i recently ported my id mobile number to another network (tesco mobile). I have now requested a PAC so i can tranfer my number from tesco mobile, back to ID but on my new contract which was taken out in November. How soon can i port the same number from id, to tesco and backt? ive tried but it doesnt seem to port from tesco to ID & im not receing any text to say if its been successful or not.
 
I also cannot access my online account for the account i opened in november.

Can ID contact me please, ive still had no update and the number hasn’t moved from Tesco, to ID.

Sincere apologies for not catching this one sooner @mattiron 

You would need to separately register your new account (the one from November) on our website, here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

That would need it’s own unique email address/ username for that too.

Once registered, you’ll be able to log in to your new account and provide us with the PAC (code) and the number you wish to bring from Tesco.

Providing the PAC from Tesco is valid, the number port should then only take 1-2 working days at most.
