Premium services not working

‘Having checked I have activated the Premium feature on my phone and I have full allowances and a cap that hasnt been exceeded, I still cannot send a text to a competition number?’

You responded to that community member to say that you would check over their account and PM them with your findings.

Could you be good enough to do the same checks on my account, so I can use the premium features, and let me know what you find.

Are you looking to increase your cap so that you can text out of allowance numbers?
