problem with account logging in

Morning all, 

 

2 years ago I had a sim only account with ID. Fast forward to now and I have taken out a phone contract, but I am unable to log in to my account on the app or online because the email is already registered as an account but won't let me log in because it was more than 6 months ago. 

 

I somehow managed to get in today, but everything is at 0 except a days allowance at -674, in very confused and obviously just want my account to be set up and running smoothly like it was before.

Hello @OnTheDouble,

Sounds like your new contract was not an upgrade to your SIM only account.

You’ll need a different email address to create another iD My Account for your latest contract.

You might be able to create an alias for the email address you used last time - this depends on the your email service provider.
