Problems registering on app
I’m trying to register on the app but each time I get an error message saying something is wrong. Can someone help as I need to port my old number! Thanks

Just to be sure. Are you entering the ID Mobile number we've given you when you're registering?
Whilst this number might be temporary (just until you move your old number over) you would need to register the account using your details plus that ID Mobile Number first of all.
