I had my phone stolen in Turkey and I need proof of blacklisting and proof of usage. This thread suggested contacted id by social media. I did via Twitter. To be told to use the community!!
Please could i not be sent round it frustrating circles and simply have sent the proof of blacklisting and proof of usage of my previous phone, not the one i have now?

We’ve sent you a private message here just now so that we can take some further details to locate your account.
From there we’ll be able to get you that document created along with ensuring the phone is blacklisted and the SIM is blocked (if not already).
We will issue a replacement SIM to you also.
