Hi. Can anyone help. I am trying to register on the ID Mobile website to manage the sim card for my child's new Monqi phone. The registration process needs to send a text to the phone with the security code to enable the account with ID. But a Monqi phone operates a restricted text system that doesn't allow unsolicited texts, so won't receive the text from ID with the security code. Therefore I can't register the account. Is there a way round this. I really need to be able to manage the sim card account.

As advised by@stu b , are you able to place the SIM temporarily in another phone to retrieve the code and complete registration?
