When registering for a new account, I’ve put the correct details in but getting an error saying at least one of them is incorrect.
Unfortunately due to covid-19 I can’t use the online help chat service or phone for help.
My contract upgrade period ends in a few weeks so I am looking to upgrade, but can only do so through the app.
Looking at other cases, it seems like whats on the system may be different from what I am inputting.
Any help would be appreciated.
