Sorry to hear about your problem with a forgotten password.
When you use the “Forgotten your password?” link at https://my.idmobile.co.uk/, do you see the following:

The Forgotten your password will send a code to the current active SIM.
Do you no longer have access to this and need a replacement due to it being lost/stolen etc?
Let us know, so we can get a replacement SIM sent out for you.
You’ll only be able to reset your password after it’s been activated.
