Is there a way to restore the voicemail message that callers hear to an automated message? I would like to get rid of the part where my recorded name is played before ‘is not able to take your call’, or if this is not possible, to record this again. The only option when I phone 123 is to delete or record a whole personal greeting which isn’t what I want to do. Thanks!

The only way to remove this using the menu system is by recording a full new message again as you have mentioned.
