can I know why all my rollower data was deleted?
Hi @Iveta Meiere,Did you perform a plan change or an upgrade? When an old plan is replaced with a new plan, the data (and rollover) associated to the old plan is lost to make way for the data belonging to your new plan.If you’re on a monthly contract plan, unused data will start to rollover again once you have had 1 full billing cycle on the new plan.Ryan
