Security code not sending via sms

the security code for resetting my password isn’t being received. I have tried requesting via app and online, but no difference.

Changed my payment plan and added my new sim but unable to get security code

Please can you confirm when are you being asked for your security code?

Any codes would be sent to the SIM which is currently activated.
