Sim deal
I bought my monthly sim deal around 15 days ago and I just got all activated and ready to use by today and I haven’t used anything and it’s tellijg me I have 10 days left until my monthly deal runs out.

From the sounds of it, it sounds like what you're referring to is when your allowances will reset (for a new month).
If you purchasing a SIM online, your SIM will usually arrive pre-activated and ready to go. and you'll be billed from usually the day of it's arrival onwards.
Why was it you had waited so long between purchase of the contract and the date you used it?
