Hi.I received my phone and the sim card doesn’t work, So i can’t register as i don’t know the number. I never received the welcome email. I checked everywhere, nothing. I need it sorted as soon as possible

Have you recently bought a 24-month contract with us? If so, then technically speaking that SIM should be working straight out of the box.

I’m just guessing that if I have not received the letter with the ID phone number that the SIM was just sent blank without registering to the network, just blank.
