Two plans, one account?

I have two mobile numbers and two accounts but can only access one of them , how do I switch to the second account?

You need to create a second iD My Account online for the additional number.

You won’t be able to use the same username (email address) for your second account - iD only allow one mobile number per account.

You’ll only be able to access one number/plan per iD Mobile account, if you have a second plan you’d like to have an account I’d recommend registering one with a different email address used for the first plan! Hope this helps!
