Unable to login or reset password

Hey,

 

Looking for some help. Used to have a phone using ID Mobile, Forgot that I hadn’t cancelled it (haven’t used account since June last year!) till I saw it on my bank statement.

 

I have no idea what the mobile number was, and when I try to login or reset my password (using the same email address as I received my order confirmation and my bill emails to) it says it is not recognised.

 

Any ideas? Customer service closed

@adrjoh  I have the exact same problem but can’t get any help in any way shape or form.  Chat doesn’t work and it is impossible to speak to a person without chat. If you have found a wayto get the phone number please share.
