Unable to receive any authorisation codes from PayPal, nationwide, amazon etc, and also cannot get to see the live chat button

Up until 3 weeks ago I am not able to receive any authorisation codes, from my bank, PayPal or amazon. I cannot see a live chat button so cannot use that to try the problem. Iv read through all the trouble shooting options and none have been helpful so far. 

Please help as this is causing a huge problem, especially with banking.
