I have 2 plans and I have been trying to register the 2nd plan to upgrade it. I understand that it needs to be linked to a separate email address, however when registering it says “Oops, the details you've entered are incorrect. Please try again.”
The phone number is correct as is my surname and DOB, so not sure why it is saying incorrect. How can I upgrade this plan if I can’t register to log-in?
Any help would be appreciated.
