Upon setting up new phone with all correct details I'm still unable to register or receive security code. I'm due to go away tomorrow with a phone that doesn't work. I'm not happy and feel like taking this back. No way of speaking with anyone.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble registering.
Don’t worry, this is an issue we’re aware of and working on a fix for. The codes aren’t being sent through but the request is being made.
As soon as it’s resolved, you will be able to register.

In regards to going away, Roaming is turned ON in the iD app by default.
So once you arrive, just turn on your device and enable Data Roaming to access data services etc (as long as your device is setup correctly).
