Unable to use PIN

I would like to change the way I login from Email/Password to PIN.  I have set my PIN and selected the correct option in the app without success.  I have tried changing my PIN, again, without success.

Can someone advise me please how this can be done please?

I am sorry to hear this, have you tried reinstalling the app from scratch to see if this brings back that option?
