unexpected plan change

My plan seems to have changed from 10gb per month to 3.8, at least this is how it is showing in the app. How could this happen?

Have you recently:

 

Upgraded

Changed your Direct Debit date

Changed your plan?

 

Were you previously on a 10GB plan or did you just switch to the 10GB plan this month? 

If the above is true, then it’ll be due to receiving a pro-rata allowance due to the plan change.
